Nice car  no engine
Firing blanks up front, midfield non existent, back line square.

We have some very good players at the club but we are not quite clicking together. We will put this right and then we can turn all this hard work we all do into goals. We had many chances to make a game of this but very poor finishing and some very slack defending was always going to let us down. Shape and discipline in midfield was giving us major and winning the ball has never been a problem for us but giving the ball away cheaply has and is something we have to address.

Like I have said before our work rate is second to none but you really have to work as a team when you get your chance on the pitch as we are close to having a full squad back.

Our basics on Saturday only came in patches.......not good enough……
Our passing and movement was again only good in patches ......not good enough
Goalkeeping inconsistent............not good enough
Finishing ........... not good enough.           

Well done Southbank, fantastic bunch of lads whose movement was superb and played the game in the right spirit
