- No leadership
- No punch
- No direction
- Lack of discipline....just about everything that could be wrong was.

The problem with the crop of players we have at the moment is that it doesn’t hurt to lose. This has got to change as this is not the Matrix way. No more excuses, I’m sick of hearing certain players are missing, this is total crap , we have signed over 20 players all good enough to play at this standard.

Whatever team we put out should be capable of doing a job at this standard. The trouble with our squad is people think they are better than what they really are and they can do as they like at kick off. - WRONG

What we have to do is stick to basics ....

- Train together
- Learn to head a ball
- Learn to pass a ball
- Get yourselves fit
- Learn to shoot
- Defend
- Mark.

All these things are done together at training - its called basics.

So lets get our heads out of our arses, knuckle down and start playing like we know we can. Starts Tuesday at training.
